Pilates Club - FLOW + GLOW

A morning made to move, reset & glow.

We’re inviting you to FLOW + GLOW - a morning designed to make you feel strong, refreshed and recharged.

Start with a Pilates class to get your body moving, followed by red light therapy for a moment of recovery and reset.

And because no RHOWE event is complete without something good to sip and snack on, you’ll also be treated to ice-cold electrolyte drinks from Lovers and SNCK snack bars. 🤍

WHEN: Sunday, October 24th at 10:30

WHERE: Drivkraft, Bredgade 33a, Copenhagen

Limited spots available.

FYI: We'll take pictures and videos at the event for SoMe and marketing purposes.
