RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to return an order, please register your return on our return portal below. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, and all items must be in their original condition. All returns must be made through our return portal, which you can find below.
We charge a return fee on all return orders; see prices below.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Refund

We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible after receiving the returned item. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the order.
Please note that we will only refund the amount for the returned item if the returned item meets the conditions for the right of return and withdrawal.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, and all items must be in their original condition. By 'original condition', we mean that all products you return must be in the same condition as you received them, with hangtags attached and in the original packaging. Returned items must not be used, washed, or altered in any way.

You are entitled to one return label per order. If you need an additional return label, please contact our customer service at customercare@rhoweactive.com.

We reserve the right to refuse returns sent after the permitted 14-day return period and/or that do not comply with the return policy in any way. In the event of a refused return, we may return the items to your primary delivery address at your own expense to cover shipping costs.

We aim to process your return and issue a refund as quickly as possible once we have received it. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and place a new order. We do not offer exchanges.

Each item will be inspected upon receipt. If we receive a returned item in unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, and failure to comply with this return policy may result in suspension under our fair use policy.

You are responsible for the items you return until we receive them. Always keep the receipt from the carrier.
We are not responsible for items mistakenly returned to us.

If items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please always contact customer service at customercare@rhoweactive.com. You will then be asked to return the items and receive a full refund.
